Why This Journey? Grief is a universal human experience that is not meant to do alone. We need spaces for grief in order to build tender and resilient individuals and communities. Loss requires us to ask for help, to lean on each other, and to build experiences of belonging that can support and empower us through our highest highs and lowest lows. This four-week container provides:

  1. Community & Connection: Connect with others who understand. Come to witness and be witnessed. Come to share in the human experience of love, loss, and transformation. Come to learn from each other and build relationships with people who are committed to this work.

  2. Structure & Consistency: Weekly grief ritual space with the same small group of people.

  3. Earned Wisdom: Through sharing our personal experiences and emotions, we grow a collective resource of insight and wisdom that we can pull on and add to now and through the rest of our lives.

  4. Accountability: Your participation and presence is essential in this small group. We will help hold each other accountable to show up and to the contemplations, reflections, and self care practices between sessions.

Investment in Your Healing: $160 for 4 weeks of 1.5 hour sessions.

Space is Limited: Only 8 spots available to ensure an intimate, transformative experience.

Help us build a grief literate culture through your personal commitment to this work.
