Reiki
What is Reiki?
The word "Reiki" translates to Universally Guided Energy. Though it comes from Japan, many cultures share a similar belief and celebration of this same energy force. Described with words like "Prana" and "Qi", we find significant parallels across the world and across seemingly diverse philosophies.
Reiki can be done in person as well as from a distance. Learn more about Distance Reiki here.
What to expect from a Reiki Session
A Reiki session includes gentle touch and sometimes no touch at all. A practitioner does not come to fix or heal her client, but to help her client heal itself through working with this energy. The client will often lay down face up on a table while the practitioner moves over the body from the head to the feet.
Benefits of Reiki
