Grief Tending
in community and individually
What is Grief Tending?
Grief tending is a ceremony held regularly in community to help support the movement and experience of grief. It is for everybody and it is not talk therapy. It incorporates movement, processing, and community.
Grief Work
Grief must be moved through the body and the community. Not only is our grief an offering to our beloved dead, but it is a way to move deep sorrow so it does not remain stagnant and cause sickness.
My work supports clients in moving grief through the body and also supporting our community in regularly coming together to tend our collective grief through ceremony.
